Midas Capital is a Baheti Family Office entity, founded by the family behind Vectus Polymers, India’s largest manufacturer of Water Storage Tanks. Ashish Baheti founded Vectus over 35 years ago. Baheti Family Office was set up in 2022, following a divestment from the business to a multinational leader in the building materials industry. Today, we are active, long-term investors with diversified investments across several asset classes.

Ashish is the co-founder and Partner at Midas Capital. Ashish co-founded Vectus Polymers in 1990 which is now one of the largest water storage companies in India. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from IIT, Kanpur.
Sarika is the co-founder & Partner at Midas Capital, with decades of experience in social welfare and philanthropy. She founded Neeranjali, a non-profit for environmental conservation, in 2011, and has partnered with government and other organizations on women’s empowerment, health and education. She previously served as Director at Vectus Polymers.
As Managing Partner at Midas Capital, Divian oversees the overall investment strategy, risk management, asset allocation, performance review, taxation and compliance. He holds a degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Penn State University and an Executive Management Program degree in Financial Services and Capital Markets from IIM, Lucknow.
Misha oversees portfolio deployment and management for Midas Capital, identifying opportunities and assessing potential deals with diversification and risk management in mind. She has cleared 2 levels of the CFA program, holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Cornell University, and has held leadership roles at Deloitte Consulting, Wavin-Vectus and Veera Health.
Abhijai develops and executes the private equity investment strategy in alignment with our objectives and risk tolerance, leading sourcing, due diligence and evaluation of new opportunities. He has cleared Level 1 of the CFA program, holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from Jaypee University, with early-to-late-stage experience at Blinkit, Paytm and AngelOne.
Bibekanand leads the accounting function of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. He supervises the accounting team in day-to-day operations including administration, taxation and general ledger activities. Bibekanand also ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and oversees the accurate recording of financial transactions.
Punit is a senior accountant for the family office, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. He handles day-to-day operations including administration, taxation, reporting and general ledger activities.
Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, updating portfolio data, and ensuring timely and reliable information flows into the family office's data consolidation and visualization platform.
Chartered Accountant overseeing the family office's accounting, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and overall financial governance. Provides financial oversight across investments, entities, and the broader family office structure.
