We are a Single Family Office of the Baheti Family, the founders of Vectus Industries Limited. Vectus was co-founded in 1990 by Mr. Ashish Baheti and is now one of the largest water storage and piping solutions company in India. We are long-term, active investors with a diverse portfolio across listed equity, private equity, venture capital, debt instruments and alternates.
We are sector-agnostic and passionate about investing in early-stage companies that we believe will bring positive impact in their respective industries.
Ashish Baheti
Co-founder
Ashish is the co-founder and Partner at Midas Capital. Ashish co-founded Vectus Industries Limited in 1990 which is now one of the largest water storage and piping solutions company in India. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from IIT, Kanpur.
Sarika Baheti
Co-founder & Philanthropy Head
Sarika is the co-founder & Partner at Midas Capital. Sarika has decades of experience social welfare and philanthropy. She founded Neeranjali (Non-Profit Organization) in 2011 for environmental conservation and has partnered with the government and several other organizations for social welfare, women empowerment, health & education. She also served as the Director at Vectus Industries Limited. Sarika holds a B.Com degree from Delhi University, a Diploma in Computer Studies, from National Computing Centre (U.K.) and Advertising, Public Relations & Marketing from South Delhi Polytechnic of Women
Divian Baheti
Managing Partner
As the Managing Partner at Midas Capital, Divian oversees the overall investment strategy, risk management, asset allocation, performance review, taxation and compliance. Divian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Penn State University and an Executive Management Program degree in Financial Services and Capital Markets from IIM, Lucknow.
Misha Baheti
Managing Partner
Misha drives the Private Equity Investment strategy for Midas Capital to ensure the success of the Private Equity portfolio. She identifies investment opportunities and assesses potential deals, keeping diversification and risk management in mind. Misha holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Cornell University, and has worked with several organizations across industries such as Deloitte Consulting, Wavin-Vectus & Veera Health in key leadership roles.
Abhijai Singh
Investments Head
Abhijai develops and executes the overall private equity investment strategy in alignment with our objectives and risk tolerance. He leads the process of sourcing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and evaluating potential investments. Abhijai holds a Computer Science Engineering degree from Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology, and has extensive early to late stage experience with companies like Blinkit (formerly Grofers), Paytm, Byju’s & AngelOne.
Bibekanand Thakur
Head of Accounts & Admin
Bibekanand leads the accounting function of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. He supervises the accounting team in day-to-day operations including administration, taxation and general ledger activities. Bibekanand also ensures compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and oversees the accurate recording of financial transactions.
